this is an early print of the book shown. in new books deobandis have changed the heading of the section to: HALAL KAWWA KHANA meaning eating the halal type crow.
as you can see there was no such heading in the older versions.
zaagh is a technical term but many know it by urf in the subcontinant that it is synonym to all types of kawwa
rashid gongohi deobandi does even worst and calls it ZAAGH MAROOFA. by saying MAROOFA he is accepting that it is the known meaning and not the technical.
