i posted a question about kazaa namaaz and just about got one response

is this forum really as good as others? will this forum succeed?

this forum is an islamic forum people need to join and answer questions related to Islam if they know the answer

by answering questions they will be getting sawab for sharing their knowledge and also get the duas of people whos questions they are answering

this forum is not just to criticise other forums and sects its to answer Islamic questions

why is it that so many people are going through this forum on a daily basis but do not bother to answer Islamic questions you know who you are Dars-e-Nizami students

why are you not sharing your knowledge what is the problem?

seems like you dont want this forum to succeed

i read somewhere we have many knowledgable people to answer questions which was meant to give the upper hand over other forums i just dont think this is the case

if this carries on will this forum be here in a few years? will we as members of this forum still be here?

I was going to reply, but someone else has already replied and you were happy with the answer.
What more would you want?
I admit that the forum isn't very active, but you have to be patient, as there is no doubt work being done behind the scenes

The front page needs to be made more user friendly - i have problems opening it sometimes as it has to many things and getting access to the forum latest posts is often difficult - perhpas explains why the forum posts have reduced recently

i suppose the point i am trying to make is that theres not much going on, on the forum like the arab says only a few posts a day

Brother Jazak Allah for your concerns, as we all know at the moment we are going through the blessed month of Rabi ul Awal, their are gatherings everyday, some of our members and Mods are busy. As for answering questions we rather have Scholars answering than members, since Scholars are busy in this month we have to be a little patient.

Very soon INSHALLAH we will start live Audio Broadcasts with Ulema, give a time, you can write your questions in advance and the Scholar will answer INSHALLAH.

As for the site and forum it will continue INSHALLAH, you have to keep in mind that not all Sunni Sites answer questions all the time, I visit a lot of Sunni Sites, most of the threads are either on Naats or News etc.

We have a lot of valuable material on the old forum including the new one, we have many valuable videos etc. This will carry on INSHALLAH, even if the forum does die, but if people continue to visit and check it, that will do the job for us as the message will still go across.

Members do take part and will INSHALLAH. I agree with Brother Arab that their are on going problems with the site, as you can't add videos etc, the admin is aware of this and working on it. I believe even if we do change the main page if users don't take part it still will be the same problem. Lets see what every single one of us is doing for the site? Also I think its a must for every single moderator to contribute in threads, otherwise their is no use of having Moderators. We are a new forum at the moment with new mods, its unfair to compare us with sites that have been working for years.

Well said brother Hamzah, I have got many articles typed up and ready but the admin is so lazy that its unbelievable, neither the article section is to be seen or the new Audio/Video section.

But we will not loose hope, Brother X Agent I request you to carry on INSHALLAH and Brother Arab, the rest will follow!

Sunnitalk is a great site masha ALLAH.I got a chance to see so many beautiful and useful videos.Forum might be a little slow but thats ok it happens,bro hamzah is right everyones busy in Rabi-ul-Awals blessed month.I know this site is watched by so many,loads of good stuff.All my good wishes with this wonderful site!

I like the design and "look" of the site/forum and with the large number of members and some quite qualified posters among them (myself not being one of them though) I think there is potential for an active and interesting forum here. One thing I miss - like what was mentioned in one of the earlier posts - is a "New content"/"Latest posts" button for easy access/overview of new posts.

Yes the look is masha ALLAH very impressive and attractive.Easy access to new posts is a good idea,i am sure moderators will insha ALLAH look into that.jazak ALLAH khayr.
