fyi, i had attended their majalis for almost 2 years and i had conversation with the top nigrans of dawat e islami and even the country wide nigran and it is only then i am talking.

on what basis, DI promotes their ameer to be a Mujaddid? and surprisingly that too from within their own group.

I asked you before, what are your views on Pir Alauddin Siddiqui (Maddazillahul Alee)?

no, everyone must know the deviation of such an individual especially as he has opposed an ijma' [ijma' sukuti] of the blessed companions radiyAllahu anhum.

by the way i am not of DI.

do you have any proofs for the same? if they are any solid proofs then why not speak openly about it, instead of talking from behind or saying i am not against tahir ul qadiri but he said blah blah (as with the case of DI), let others apart from tahir ul qadiri know that OPENLY and wait for his reply in this regard.

why many scholars have problem with DI, why they dont get along with other scholars of Ahle Sunnah and why they are not called in Internatinal Sunni Conference held in UK every year?

tahir qadir: non hanafi specially but not exclusively for the following two reasons:

1. his ruling on the diyyat issue opposing the ijma'i ruling of Imam al-Aadham [rahimahumullaah] {as if this is not an indirect claim of mujtahid fi'sh-Shar'i}
2. his tafdili position on the spiritual afdaliyyat of Mawla Ali [radiAllahu anhu] over Sayyiduna Abu Bakr [radiAllahu anhu] which specifically opposes the definition of the hallmark of not only a hanafi but that of a sunni by Imam al-Aadham [rahimahumullaah].

where they not students of Imam e Azam Imam Abu Hanifa (Radi Allahu Anhu), who had difference of opinion? if a student has a different view point about a specific topic, will that mean he opposed his teacher?

none of imam ul aazams students differentiated on ijma issues with the imam. these are issues of ijma, and tahir ul qadri has denied these.

well the proof of afdalliyat of sayyiduna abu bakr as-siddiq radiyAllahu anhu is in all our sunni books, however ala hazrat wrote a small book on it and it is in fatawa razawiyyah sharif, vol. 29 i believe, so maybe study that.

initially you said "ijma sukut", and you said "Ijma", but you mentioned the name sayuduna abu bakr as siddique (radi allahu anhu), can you please provide the hadiths?
