Who are these Tareeqah Muhammadiyah guys?

They had a massive stall in manchester yesterday. After a short talk with them, they go they are barelwis, however I found out they like socialising with Deobandis, so I asked them why they do when Ala Hazrat has given a fatwa of kufr upon them, all they replied was go to our centre and discuss it with our shaykh
